Baltimore Urban Report
A site designed for an Advanced Urban Affairs Reporting class with Sandy Banisky, former deputy managing editor at The Baltimore Sun. Built using the WordPress blogging platform, the site features articles, photo slideshows and video produced by students in the class.
MaryMoo Designs
A showcase for the jewelry designed by my sister, Mary Ellen Moomaw. I developed a custom PHP/MySQL CMS that allows her to upload/edit pieces and post news on the home page.
Visure Corp.
I redesigned the corporate site for my former employer, Visure Corp. They are a web marketing startup focused on building a searchable database of products featured in TV and movies which link to E-commerce affiliates where the product can be purchased. I implemented a Flash slideshow that displays examples of ads from the database that load dynamically from an XML file.
Martinsville Wrestling
Developed for the Martinsville High School wrestling program, this site features a custom PHP/MySQL content management system that allows coaches to update news, rosters, schedules, and add photos.
Lisa Vogel
This site was created for a bluegrass/gospel musician from Lynchburg, VA named Lisa Vogel. She wanted a companion site for the release of a new album titled “Show Me Your Glory”. I implemented a Flash/XML MP3 player that allows visitors to listen to the entire album on the site.
